Individual Ticket Report

Modified on 03 March

To view the Individual Tickets report, navigate to Reports>> Individual Tickets in your Event Dashboard. This report shows all the individual tickets sold on your site.

At the top of the page, you can search for a ticket. By default, the simple search option shows in which you can search for the ticket using the ticket holder first name, last name or email.

Click the gray More Search Fields drop down to expand the search to additional fields, including Start and End Date/Time of purchase, Purchase ID, Ticket ID, Ticket Status, Ticket Group (when using Advanced Tickets) and Ticket Level and to select if you would like to Include Imported Purchases.

Once you have input your search parameters, click Search to view the report, and you will see the number of results update:

By default, the report displays the purchase ID and ticket ID, date and time of purchase, ticket level, ticket status, ticket-holder's name, payment info, and if the ticket was imported. The Payment Info column displays the amount paid, the processing fee and the Transaction ID

Note: For Ticket App purchases via Square, you will see that information in the Payment Info column.

You can make column adjustments and export the report by selecting the Edit Columns or Export Options button in the top-right of the report.

Edit Columns

You can select/deselect which columns you would like to show/not show in the report:

Use the green Select All and Deselect All buttons to show all ticket information or clear the columns. Note: There will only be data for Individual Tickets if the data was collected per ticket (rather than only per purchase).

Export Options

This dropdown menu gives you the options to download the report as a CSV or excel file and/or print the report:

Note: Using the Download All Columns options will automatically download ALL the data, rather than just the columns you have chosen to display in the current report. The Print option will enable you to select which columns you want to hide.

Clicking the Manage button in the IDS column will allow you to view the Ticket Purchase Details. From here, you can resend confirmation emails, initiate refunds and transfers, and edit question responses and ticket information:

Waivers

If you set up a waiver for your ticket event (Event >> Waiver/Refund Policy), you can generate a time-stamped version of the waiver. Note: This is useful if you need to confirm that a no refunds waiver was signed by a ticket purchaser.

To view the the time-stamp and waiver, click the drop-down arrow on the Ticket Purchase Details page:
