Individual Ticket Report

Modified on 15 August

To view the Individual Tickets report, navigate to Reports>> Individual Tickets in your event dashboard. This report shows all the individual tickets sold on your site. At the top of the page, you can search for ticket purchases using the purchaser’s name or email, the purchase ID or the ticket ID. You can also search a range of dates to see all the purchases in that range.

You can choose to include additional information in the report and filter the report by ticket status, ticket group type, and/or ticket level. In addition, you can select how to order the report and choose if you would like to include manually imported tickets when generating the report.

Once you have input your search filters, click Search Purchases to view the report.

This small chart displays the total number of transactions and the amount paid from them.

The report displays each ticket, including the purchase ID and ticket ID, the ticket-holder's name, contact information, any personal information they provided, and how much they paid. The Payment Info column displays the event profit and the Transaction ID. The Offline Payment column displays the payment imported for an offline ticket purchase. Other Info includes if the waiver was signed, the confirmation code for the purchase, and if the ticket-holder has checked in.

If you select to include question responses, purchaser information, and/or store items in the report, additional columns will appear in the report to display this information.

At the very bottom of the page, you have the option to download the report as a CSV or excel file, which allows you to export it to another program, or even just to print it.

Clicking Manage in the IDS column will allow you to view the Ticket Purchase Details. From here, you can resend confirmation emails, initiate refunds and transfers, and edit question responses and ticket information:

If you set up a waiver for your ticket event (Event >> Waiver/Refund Policy), you can generate a time-stamped version of the waiver. Note: This is useful if you need to confirm that a no refunds waiver was signed by a ticket purchaser.

To view the the time-stamp and waiver, click the drop-down arrow on the Ticket Purchase Details page:
