To view the Ticket Purchases report in the event dashboard, go to Reports>> Ticket Purchases. This report shows all the ticket purchases made to your event. Tickets are grouped with the other tickets from the same purchase. Note: This report will only show the data for the person who bought the tickets. The Individual Ticket Report shows the data for each ticket.
At the top of the page, you can search for ticket purchases. By default, the simple search option shows in which you can search for the ticket using the ticket purchaser first name, last name or email.
Click the gray More Search Fields drop down to expand the search to additional fields, including Start and End Date/Time of purchase, Purchase ID, or Ticket GroupTicket Status and to select if you would like to Include Imported Purchases, Cleared Purchases, and/or Cancelled Purchases:
Once you have input your search parameters, click Search, and you will see the number of results update:
By default, he report displays the purchase ID, the purchase date and time, tickets purchased and if they are active, transferred or cleared, the purchaser’s name, contact information, payment info, and if the ticket was imported. The Payment Info column displays the amount paid, the processing fee, other fees, event profit and the Transaction ID:
Note: For Ticket App purchases via Square, you will see that information in the Payment Info column.
You can make column adjustments and export the report by selecting the Edit Columns or Export Options button in the top-right of the report:
Edit Columns
You can select/deselect which columns you would like to show/not show in the report:
Use the green Select All and Deselect All buttons to show all ticket information or clear the columns.
Export Options
This dropdown menu gives you the options to download the report as a CSV or excel file and/or print the report:
Note: Using either of the download options will automatically download ALL the data, rather than just the columns you have chosen to display in the current report. The Print option will enable you to select which columns you want to hide.
Clicking the Manage button in the ID will allow you to view the ticket purchase details. From here, you can resend confirmation emails, initiate refunds and transfers, and edit question responses and ticket information:
Waivers
If you set up a waiver for your ticket event (Event >> Waiver/Refund Policy), you can generate a time-stamped version of the waiver. Note: This is useful if you need to confirm that a no refunds waiver was signed by a ticket purchaser.
To view the the time-stamp and waiver, click the drop-down arrow on the Ticket Purchase Details page:
