Ticket Purchase Report

Modified on 15 August

To view the Ticket Purchases report in the event dashboard, go to Reports>> Ticket Purchases. This report shows all the purchases made on your site. Tickets are grouped with the other tickets from the same purchase. At the top of the page, you can search for ticket purchases using the purchaser’s name or email or the purchase ID. You can also search a range of dates to see all the purchases in that range.

You can choose to include question responses and store items in the report, cleared or cancelled purchases, imported purchases, and/or donations. In addition, you can select how to order the report.

Once you have input your search filters, click Search Purchases to view the report.

This small chart displays the total number of transactions, the amount paid from them, and the number of tickets purchased.

The report displays the purchase ID, each ticket, the purchaser’s name, contact information, any personal information they provided, and how much they paid. The Payment Info column displays the event profit and the Transaction ID. The Offline Payment column displays the payment imported for offline ticket purchases. Other Info includes if the waiver was signed and the confirmation code for the purchase. The Donation Info column, which will only show if the event has enabled donations, displays the donation payment info:

If you select to include question responses or store purchases in the report, additional columns will appear in the report to display that information.

At the very bottom of the page, you have the option to download the report as a CSV or excel file, which allows you to export it to another program, or even just to print it.

Clicking Manage under ID will allow you to view the ticket purchase details. From here, you can resend confirmation emails, initiate refunds and transfers, and edit question responses and ticket information:

If you set up a waiver for your ticket event (Event >> Waiver/Refund Policy), you can generate a time-stamped version of the waiver. Note: This is useful if you need to confirm that a no refunds waiver was signed by a ticket purchaser.

To view the the time-stamp and waiver, click the drop-down arrow on the Ticket Purchase Details page:
