Store Item Purchase Summary

You can view a report of store items bought by ticket purchasers in the Store Item Purchase Summary under Store >> Store Item Purchase Summary. This report allows events to easily track store item sales.


At the top of the page, there are additional filters so that you can view the summary report by a specific store item, Ticket Group, Ticket, status, or purchase date range. 




Item Summary


The Item Summary is the default table that shows on the Store Item Purchase Summary page. This table displays each item and the variants that have been purchased. It shows a total quantity sold and the total amount collected by item:




Ticket Group Summary


Click the Ticket Group Summary tab (to the right if the Item Summary tab) to view the store items purchased by each ticket group. This table displays the total quantity sold for each store item, including a breakdown of each variant of those items, separated by ticket group. Items purchased from the stand-alone store will show under the "no ticket group" row:


Fulfillment/Shipping Summary


Click the Fulfillment/Shipping Summary tab (to the right of the Ticket Group Summary tab), and then click Load Daily Shipping Summary to see a report of the store items that have been fulfilled/shipped.


This report is broken up daily, and it shows the total quantity as well as the quantity of the variants of each store items that has been fulfilled/shipped:



Each day that one or more store items are fulfilled, using the store fulfillment feature in the Tickets App, a line will be added to this report with the totals of each item fulfilled that day.


You can also see a report of the overall fulfillment/shipping from the Item Summary table in the Fulfilled/Shipped column.
