You can quickly find the purchases/tickets for attendees by using the Attendee Quick Search in the upper right-hand corner of your event dashboard:
Use this to search a purchase/ticket on the first and/or last name of the purchaser or attendee, the purchaser or attendee email address, the ticket purchase ID, or the individual ticket ID.
If you search purchase information, all tickets under that purchase will display:
However, if you only search information that is specific to the individual ticket/attendee, only that ticket will display:
You can also use the attendee search under Reports >> Search to generate the same information:
The Attendee Search will provide the purchaser name, the ticket holder name, the purchaser email, ticket purchase ID, individual ticket ID, ticket group, ticket level, and ticket status.
Once you have searched for the purchase/ticket, you can click the blue Manage button in the left-hand column to view to the Ticket Purchase Details:
Note: If there are multiple tickets within the same purchase, the Ticket Purchase Details will display all of those tickets, and you will be able to manage all of the tickets within that purchase:
