To view the Financial Summary for your Ticket Event, start by visiting your event's Dashboard; locate the Financial tab, and then select Financial Summary. This high-level summary page is divided into 3 sections: Transactions, Payments, and Payment Account.
Transactions
The Transactions tab on this page displays a "balance sheet" with your event's overall financial information, including transactions, refunds, holdbacks, and adjustments. When here, you will see that you will have the ability to expand upon and get a more detailed view by clicking on the blue highlighted text. The summary display will also show the current balance owed to your event by TicketSignup.
Payments
The Payments tab displays all your past payments. If you want to place a hold on your payments, click the Hold Payments button. In order to restart payments, you will have to return to this page and manually reset payments by clicking Release Payments.
Payment Account
The Payment Account tab is associated with your event -- which makes it easy to not only view payments but also to manage and edit the account. With this link, you will be able to view all payments associated with this payment account (even from other events or sources).
