My credit card is no longer valid. How do I update my recurring donation to my new card?

Recurring donations will charge the same card on file for each transaction. If your credit card expires or you wish to update to a new one, you can do so easily through your TicketSignup profile. Once you sign in to your profile, at the bottom of the page you will find My Recurring Donations under Financial Links


Once you locate the donation for which you would like to update the payment information, follow the link under Update Credit Card.



This will bring you to the following page where all personal information can be updated including saved card information. The important thing to note is that once you update this information, it will charge your card the amount of the recurring donation immediately instead of waiting until the next installment is due
