Manage Coupon Pools

View Coupon Pools

Coupon Pools are groups of coupons that can be shared between ticket events or simply used to organize coupons. To manage coupon pools, go to Event Dashboard>>Financial>>Coupons and click the Filter icon to the right of the search bar. Then click Manage Pools. 

On this screen, you can see the Coupon Pools associated with your event. You can change the name, re-order them, and see Sharing Tags. 

Add a New Pool

To add a new pool, enter a title and click Add New Pool in the field at the bottom right side of the screen. This will take you to the Add Coupon page, where you can create coupons for the new pool. 

How to Use Sharing Tags 

Go to Event Dashboard>>Financial>>Coupons and click the Filter icon to the right of the search bar. Then click Manage Pools.  Select the pool you would like to share with another ticket event. Copy either the Read Only or the Read/Write Sharing Tag. Read Only allows the other event to use the coupon pool, but not edit it. Read/Write allows the other event to use the coupon pool and edit it. 

After you have copied the tag, navigate to the other event's dashboard. Go to Event Dashboard>>Financial>>Coupons and click the Filter icon to the right of the search bar. Then click Manage Pools. Under Add Coupon Pool, paste it into the Pool Sharing Tag field to add it to the second event.
